Welcome to Saigon Event Center

Saigon Event Center can be rented anytime on Saturday and Sunday, after 4pm on weekdays. Our spacious event space holds up to 500 guests, our parking lot is huge as well. So, whether you planning on wedding receptions, birthdays, school reunions, family reunions, seminars, conferences, shows, we can handle it all.

Rental Cost:

Venue - $3000. Includes 500 chairs, 45 round tables, 5 rectangle tables.

Full Kitchen - $300. Includes big 64 cf cooler, 3-compartment sink, stove, microwave.

Bar - $300. Includes walk-in cooler, ice machine.

Sound System - $500. Includes shure wireless microphones, 8000 watts speakers for live sound, mixer.

Party and Stage Lighting - $300

Projector and TVs - $150. free for use with either sound system or lighting.

Clean Up - $300.

$2000 ($1000 non refundable deposit and $1000 security/damage deposit.) Cash, Checks only.

Catering:

Outside catering is welcome and you can bring you own alcohol.

Security Officers maybe required for certain event.
